Having a “hard to pronounce” name is a very stretchable term. Jing Fei never thought that her name might be weird, until she arrived to US as an international student. Do people not care enough to remember what your name actually is? Or is it too hard for them? The world may never know, but Jing Fei is proud of her name and you should be too! Even if Starbucks baristas can’t get it right (they’re the worst)

Why is it Jing feis fault that an entire continent chooses to be ignorant to the fact that not everyone has regular white people names like John or Wendy, and that they can't take an extra couple of seconds to at least attempt to read and pronounce her name correctly ?
