Have you ever lost a pet that was part of your family? Most people would say yes, and it would be because that pet was of old age. This is the story of an 11 year old pitbull, named Blaze, that had her life cut short because of a mindless neighbor. Three months ago, Blaze was alive, happy, and playing near her home in Rosemount, Minnesota, when a neighbor came out of nowhere and kicked Blaze in the head. I still don’t know why this person did what he did, but his action lay Blaze in pain for the rest of her life. Her owners believe that the blow she received to the head caused her brain to start bleeding internally. She could barely move, she’d whimper when in serious pain, and she was struggling to stay alive. She put up with all that pain for three months when her owners, Bobby and Stephanie Cebulla, decided it was time to put her out of her misery. I’d never seen my best friend cry as much as she did that day. Nevertheless, she wasn’t allowed go say goodbye to her dog. Blaze was and still is the strongest fighter I know. She saw her (her and her mom were in a video chat) and tried to get up, even though in pain, whimpering and all, she tried to go see her best friend. All of this happened because one person decided to be inhumane and hurt an innocent dog that could have lived years longer than she did. Bobby and Stephanie’s started a go fund me page for Blaze, so they could sue the man who hurt their dog. The police wouldn’t be as decent to help them anyways. R.I.P. Blaze 01/04/2019. May heaven be filled with kibble and chew toys for you. We will all miss you.

P.S. all of the photos below were before she got hurt. The last one was after.
