I(12f) got (professionally) diagnosed with adhd about 4 months ago, we got a prescription for adderall xr, and 4 weeks later (now) it still doesn't work, there is no difference. I try as hard as i can, but the medicine doesn't work. I have issues with gaslighting myself, like with my anxiety, depression and "adhd". I am starting to think that i am just stupid. I am going to put my symptoms down

-When reading I skip to other paragraphs

-I like to play games while watching tv, because both are boring

-I am very bad at math, when I try to do the equation, the numbers don't stay in my head and i have to start over the equation

It sounds like you need your prescription adjusted. The medication may not be working because you’re not getting enough of it. This is something to talk to your doctor about (definitely do not try to adjust your dose on your own!) at your next appointment, which should be soon to follow up on how you’re feeling about the medication. If you don’t already have an appointment scheduled to follow up, make sure one gets made.

The way ADHD meds work for people who really don’t have ADHD is that they feel strong physical and mental effects. The fact that you don’t think it’s doing anything is, if anything, proof that you DO have ADHD.
