I was cutting a red cabbage one day and the pattern inside was so stunning that I was inspired to set up a photo studio and photograph it.
Ever since I have been photographing and editing raw vegetables into mandalas that have grown in complexity and beauty. I am amazed at the patterns that mother nature offers us in her beautiful food and I spend hours every week examining, photographing, editing and eating these gifts of light and color.
