I am a Graphic designer and in the past few years I lost some loved ones and some close friends also my career is juggling. All of this has left me with recurring depression and anxiety. I made these illustrations depicting how I imagine it and I’m also hopeful that I’ll come out of soon.

It goes on vacation occasionally and gives you a break. At some point, it will become a distant visitor. A bit of meds from a decent doctor can keep this visitor at bay. No shame in taking a low dose. Depression is not the worst thing to have, nor is anxiety ...... always remember that. You're doing okay. And you will be able to feel good. Be well!
