One of the biggest struggles for me as an illustrator is hitting that typical design block. So during this time of need I start with a personal side project that inspire me to come up with some new ideas. I tend to go down the route of using food as a visual metaphor. As food is my life and this is a fantastical way to showcase my love.
I’ve been fortunate enough to live in Sydney (Australia) and be surrounded by the vast options of cuisines that my heart desires. From a tasty breakfast to colorful jellies, it’s all a visual delight.
