I found those incredible pictures from Persia and the Middle East in 1940’s in the old photo album belonging (probably) to one of Polish ex-deportees to Siberia, future soldier of gen. Anders’ 2nd Polish Corps. Here’s a little selection of really UNIQUE shots from Isfahan, Tehran and ???? 1942 – 1944 (?)
