The idea to create these pattern illustrations appeared in my mind absolutely occasionally: I just wanted to relax and fill pages in my sketchbook with something simple but unusual.
It was full improvisation, I didn’t use a pencil to make a pre-drawing, just started straightly from a liner without any idea how finished illustrations will look. And after the first one I created two more. Here you can see the result.
