Acatenango volcano in Guatemala is the perfect place to observe the active volcano Fuego.
Trekking on the volcano Acatenango can be done in one day, but the best thing happen at night. On the first day after about five hours I reached the base camp to watch the volcano activity at night. On the next day I went to the summit of Acatenango to admire the sunrise and other Guatemalan volcanoes: Fuego, Agua, Pacaya.
The view I saw when sun came up was incredible. Trekking to the summit of Acatenango, view of active volcano Fuego during the night was the best experience in my life.
There are some places which are worth seeing, but this one is the place you just have to see!
