If much of the iceberg is underwater, that house must be near a pretty deep area. I always think of houses as being on a slope with a beach and such. It's just a good wake-up call for my brain to remember that sometimes you can be situated directly next to deep water.

I hate this new format BP is using. At least 4 comments I have written have disappeared and writing a comment is difficult because everything disappears to the left after a few words. BP, can't you test some of these changes out before you let everything crash like this? Or at least forewarn us that the site will be hell for several weeks while you tinker with changes like the last time you did this?
