I got down to about question 10 without being able to answer a single one, then gave up. Most of them were scenarios or situations that I simply have not, and could not imagine, ever being in; the few that I could imagine didn't have any answer that matched my reaction. Edit: I 'failed' at a job interview once when asked to provide an example of how I handled conflict. Making sure it doesn't happen had always worked for me, but the HR lady didn't seem to agree.

You got a lot further than I did. I scanned the questions beforehand, realized that my conflict-resolution strategy involves not putting myself in situations where conflict is likely to occur, and didn't have to answer a single one.😄

Doesn't really work for quite a lot of them though. Like the dog one, #4, where's the option to write a polite, non-sarcastic but firm, note, or just pop round and ask them nicely? Or #6 getting asked for a report at 10 in the evening, where the only logical response is to ignore it, then tell them in the morning that they know full well your conditions of employment don't require you to look at messages out-of-hours, but you'll get onto it now in work hours if they still think it's urgent enough to supersede all your other tasks.

I am apparently a mediator -- "You wield empathy like a universal remote, zapping through static until everyone is on the same channel. You believe a cup of tea and a dash of listening can fix almost anything. People gravitate toward you when tempers rise because they trust your steady vibe. Just remember: your own needs deserve airtime too, not every song has to be a duet." I *can* be. Outside of work, though, not so much. 🤷🏽‍♀️
