So im bi, but haven't told my parents because i don't know how. They arent homophobic or biphobic or anything, but i just get really nervous explaining things like that to my Parents and i dont want to have a panic attack and start crying

It's okay to cry infront of your parents, especially if it is hard to tell them. If you are worried about freaking out, write a note to them and leave it somewhere that they will see it. It makes it easier because you don't have to worry about telling them face to face, which can be scary. Your parents will probably be supportive and happy for whatever you decide to be.
