Share your worst nice guy experience! Everyone's welcome!

My husband and I had a close guy friend who was such a nice guy towards us both for almost 10 years.
Then I left my husband and our friend said I was welcome to come hang out at his house and play video games whenever I was feeling bored or lonely now that I was separated.

So I took him up on his offer since we had been close friends for 10 years and after hanging out with sporadically for 2 weeks or so he suddenly looks at me one night and says "So when are we going to f*ck? Because I've only let you come hang out because I was waiting for this."

I was like "So you've been being a fake friend to me the last 2 weeks and think that you've put in the time and effort and deserve to be rewarded for your "friendship" by me sleeping with you? Uh, yeah, no. Real friends don't come with benefits. Goodbye."

Ugh!

I call those kind of guys VULTURES because they like to hover above newly single women like they're vultures circling above a dead carcass waiting to have it's bones picked clean by a scavenger looking for an easy meal.

Keep in mind, I am a minor. both of these happened when I was 2-3 years younger than i am currently. The first one wa a nice guy. We met over social media and my mom was fine with me talking to him, he thought i knew him IRL. I was into cringy roleplay stuff, and I wa on animo, roleplaying as Temmie (UNDERTALE) but way edgier. He hung out with me a bit then asked for "Noods". my innocent child brain thought he meant noodles, so i sent him pictures of noodles. he kept insisting on me sending him "Noods" until i asked my mom what he meant. my mom freaked out, blocked him, and told me to only talk to people I knew IRL. So I did. My best friends big sister. she was very ice but turned out to be the same as the first guy. my mom quickly banned me from the internet for a while. I never understood why until now.

when i moved over schools, and the first person to talk to me was “the school player”. ofc i didn’t know that at the time as this was during masked up learning and i didn’t have any friends in my cohort. (the only ppl i knew were in the second one) anyways, he came up to me and asked me what my name was and helped me make a few new friends, so i thought he was a good guy, so forth we ended up dating for four months until i realized he was flirting with multiple girls and i ended things with him. not even two weeks later he went on to date a girl i’m friends with to this day (that’s a whole other story but she’s an amazing person!)

The sister of my best friend dated such guy when she was around 17. On the surface it was a nice relationship, but over time it was clear that he tried to seperate her from family and friends. He was very possesive and violent if there was no audinece around.
He got cought slapping her one day, thinking they were alone. Bad idea given she's part of a military family, and he got "convinced" to break up and never to come back.

I meant to say that she was all like that and then I kinda fell for her but then this one time randomly she said "yknow im not gay, right?" and I went "ok?" then she said "yeah, i dont think this FRIENDSHIP is gonna work out." and it hurt.
