For me, it's when I was sleep dancing and when I woke up, I fell and hit my head against my bed, lol. So them I went back to sleep, but then I woke up again sobbing Infront of my mirror. Idk why, but it was totally weird. 🤷♀️
Yesterday it was on and off rain all day. At 6:00 pm the usual fire siren sounded and the sun came out simultaneously at an angle that shone directly through the window where I was sitting.
We just moved into this cute little house and my new room has this tiny "Coraline door" that leads to a small crawl space. Whenever I would wake up the door would be like the tiniest bit open. Then one night I was fed up with it so I put some heavy boxes in front of the door, but that exact night I had sleep paralysis of a soldier playing with a little girl, then *still in sleep paralysis* I heard something shatter and two people arguing. The little girl tried to get to the crawl space cuz she seemed like she was scared, but because of the boxes, she couldn't. When the soldier looked at me with an expression that looked like he was pleading, that's when I woke up in a depressed and uneasy state of mind rushed over and moved the boxes out of the way of the door. After that, I never had sleep paralysis again but the door was always still open the tiniest bit.
