For me, it was growing up and realizing America isn't exactly the home of the free and the brave...

Yeah I know I dread that aspect of growing up too.

I realized that I really am different from every body, and that no one will ever truly understand me. When I realized that what I was going through was an anxiety disorder and panic attacks. I tried to explain it to friends, but they thought it was funny. Also, I realized that I don't really have any true friends and that I am the cause of that because I don't try to talk to people, and I don't trust anybody.

I’m sorry to hear that. Trust me, there are people who can understand and relate to you. And I can also understand feeling like I have no friends and struggling to be able to talk to people. If your “friends” thought that you having anxiety and panic attacks was funny, then they’re not your true friends. But you not having any true friends is not something you should feel guilty for, sometimes you just have to find the right people. And maybe you could be more outgoing, but some people are just simply not super sociable, and then sometimes it just takes practice. Never hang around people who make fun of you. And always remember, bullies are usually the most insecure people in the room. But I’ll be honest, some people really are just arrogant @$$#0)£$. Don’t hang around them either. Hope my advice helps :)
