for example, "When I was thrown off a boat into a REALLY stormy sea, I was bobbing about for at least 30 mins, then a helicopter came and rescued me"

Picking up a baby adder snake when i was about 8, apparently baby ones are more venomous? 😬 it was very tiny like a shoelace, it was in the road with a few other baby snakes who’d been run over, i gently picked it up and took it to the long grass. Luckily it didn’t bite me and was just really tiny and cute 😅

Forgot to put if it had bit me I would most likely have died because of the more powerful venom, my age and that i was 50 miles from the nearest hospital

When I was a toddler and was at a picnic by a waterfall with my family. My siblings were trekking up the mountain and my mom went to get me as she knew they wouldn't watch out for me. She decided to slide down some big rocks next to the waterfall instead of walking around the long way. People told her not to but she still did, picking me up. She, of course, fell on her back and hit her head but she never let go of me, and we fell down in natural pool of water. She somewhat lost consciousness but still didn't let go of me, except I was now underwater. I could hear faint screams in the distance and all I kept thinking was how tight she was holding me and wondering why she wasn't getting up. As I started to panic and take in water, I saw a hand above me and someone pulled me out quickly. There were people all around us and my uncle kept hitting my back so I would cough up the water. At some point I was able to see that my mom was still unconscious and there was a lot of blood coming out from the back of her head. We were rushed to a truck and driven to a hospital, but I don't remember anything after that. When I remembered this many, many years later and mentioned it to my family, for some reason they kept telling me it was a false memory. Then one day my mom happened to mention the scar she has on the back of her neck "from that one time I felt by the waterfall" and I knew I wasn't making it up!

During a tonic clonic seizure, my step father had to perform CPR because my heart stopped.
