Ha, I am past 70. Perhaps it’s not true for everyone, but, ugh, you begin to lose your focus. You forget things like, well, why you walked into your bathroom — yeah, you needed to pee.
I'm allergic to grass. It's not life threatening but it sure is annoying
When I get overly stressed, I get itchy and break out in hives.
The older I get, the longer it takes for me to get ready for bed. I have to soak my eyes for 5 minutes for my dry eye condition. While I'm doing that, I get in some of my hip and leg exercises. I have to put a wrist guard on my left wrist for pain most nights. Have to fill up my CPAP machine's distilled water reservoir. That's not counting regular stuff, like tooth brushing, etc. By the time I'm 80, I'll have to start the process around noon!
