Not openly talking about politics and religion. I don't care about your opinion on either

Your politics are between you and the voting booth. Your religion is between you and your chosen diety, or lack thereof. And add your sexual proclivities. That's between you and who, or what, ever you are into. Ain't nobody else's business!

I don't know if trend is the right word, but I miss not being available 24/7. I got sick of jobs calling me all the time, so I had set periods of time when I put my phone in airplane mode. I had one boss scold me for not answering my phone. Even just answering to tell them no to whatever they wanted is stressful for me.

The rest of these are serious but I miss 2010s music. Even though it was super autotuned and kind of poorly written sometimes I miss it. It had a sort of beat and upliftingness to it

Yes! I still listen to Ke$ha when I'm cleaning or getting ready for work. I get so hyped. 🎶Don't stop, make it pop🎶

I miss not having cell phones. It has made the generation who never knew life without them expect instant results, gratification, answers, etc. This isn’t a good thing. It also makes ‘me time’ difficult. I go camping several times a season in an area that doesn’t have internet or cell service on purpose. Such a peaceful 3 day break from everyone and everything; except my hubby and kids!

I miss being able to send kids to school without having to worry about whether they will be shot.

I may be showing my age here, but when I was a kid here in Ontario, we had it drummed into us “Wear white at night”. If you’re wearing something white it will be visible to drivers as it reflects light. Now, Constantly coming across pedestrians wearing nothing but black. How are we supposed to see you if you’re clothes are the same color as the dark?

Not attacking you but I gotta disagree with you. Genuine question though, why do you want them to come back?

I would love it if football governing body, FIFA, could go back to awarding World Cups to countries that don't kill 6500 construction workers, treat women as third class citizens and punish LGBTQ+ citizens and visitors with jail or worse.

No, I'm not watching it. Out of respect for all of the above people, there will be no World Cup in my house this time (and I haven't missed one since 1982).
