What was the worst moment of your life?

When I had to say goodbye to my dog. It was the first time I felt a true emotion and I didn't know how to cope with it, I still don't know how to explain how/what I felt, and still feel whenever I think of her. I'm glad I don't feel that when I loose family members or friends. I don't know how normal people can cope with that.
