also ive been wanting to get into beaded bracelets. it just makes me so happy seeing the glittery and funky shaped beads :DD

Probably pickling :) I started because I was spending heaps on things like gherkins at the supermarket and wanted to cut costs, as well as be able to eat things like mustard pickles again, because there are things in store bought ones I can't eat anymore. I have made mustard pickles, sweet and spicy gherkins, and Italian eggplant pickles (plus more I can't remember). The Italian eggplant has been my favourite as it's so easy and ready to eat almost immediately. I took them to my family reunion yesterday and they were a hit!
