We actually call any misheard lyrics the “CCS syndrome” because when I was young not only did I hear “pears skating lightning” instead of “earthquakes and lightning” I always thought the name of the group Creedence Clearwater SURVIVAL. Another bad one from me: I always heard “Nose Bleed” instead of “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt.
