Either the Percy Jackson movies or the Divergent movies. They were just horrible and hard to watch. I am one to rant about how inaccurate many movies adaptations are, much to the annoyance of my family and these ones definitely cause much anger.

I would say World War Z, while the movie was just an ok zombie movie, it did diverge a lot from the source material. The book was completely different and if adapted again into live action. It would be better off as a tv series.

By far, Ender's Game. That needs to be redone, it is such a cool cool book. Maybe it would work better as a series. But also, Dune, Lord of the Rings, GOT... the books are much much better. I read GOT some 1yr before the series was out, tried to watch the series, got upset and gave up. Tried again some 2 years later, and I forgot enough from the books to watch the series without being annoyed. If you don't read the books, it's ok, but otherwise...grrr... I have high hopes from the new Dune, but we shall see.
