You know how when your camera is on there's a light that lights up next to the camera? One time that happened to me but I didn't have any cameras on.
I had a commodore Vic 20 and used it to program in basic. It's saved data on regular cassette tapes, like the ones you listen to music with. One day I plugged this computer in and heard a loud "pop"! A small mushroom cloud began rising out of the keyboard and it was the worst smell ever.
I remember programs on cassette tapes! Whenever I tell people about them, I get a funny look.
The craziest thing that has happened to my computer is that today, as in the day I added this post, I opened it to see all of these crazy tabs and I could not close them because my mouse did not work! The tab it was on was some phony minecraft and because the last time I used my computer I stopped with it on mute so no noise came from it when I opened it up. I had to turn it off using the off button. And, no I did not throw it away although I think that it may be hacked.💻
turns out that my sister just clicked on an add! But seriously, dosen´t everybody know not to do that?
In third grade, the little bit on the end of the headphones got stuck inside my iPad and, I didn’t have it back for months. In fifth grade, my screen got all weird and glitchy, so i took it to the school tech dude. He told me to save all of my important photos as files and take it back to him. The iPad was basically useless, so it was thrown away. I never got another school iPad and i had to use the computers in the library.
Whenever I go on a certain article on Bored panda, my computer glitches out, my screen freezes and I have to restart my device and wait a few minutes to use it again. Actually. i went on it three times and the same thing happened every time.I didn't look at that page again and so far the wierd glitch hasn't happened again.
I got a virus that none of the anti-virus software knew of.
In college I was a computer science major and had a roommate that visited a lot of sketchy web sites. At one point the computer started acting really weird, so I updated my anti-virus and ran a full scan. Nothing found. After a lot of headaches, I found the source of the trouble. I got the file isolated and manually submitted it to Norton. A couple of weeks later they emailed me that I had identified a previously unknown virus.
