You wouldn't believe how many Christian's have tried to do exactly that. Using lines like you need Jesus in your life! I believe in Jesus, I just don't believe he was Devine!

The fact that you can't just be wrong and no one who disagrees with you can coexist. Also that religions, races, genders, and all the other communities ( I just don't know how to word them) can be targeted and the world will mostly. Technically, it doesn't exist. Or at least, it never existed as a torture device. They were dreamt up to over sensationalise an exhibition by a museum in order to increase revenue. Arguably there are recorded methods of execution that are along similar lines, but none combining the tight space and spikes.
