I dont mind having photo's taken by permission but if it some stranger on the street taking a photo of a building example then that is what i find annoying. They should at least wait until it is clear before taking the picture

I have mixed feelings about it. The singing, art, and some other communities on it are great, but the problematic ones and inappropriate ones are what ruins it. And the ones that just take up space with pointless posts. Other than those little minor problems, I sorta like it!

Littering. I hate it, but it still appears popular with many people. Oh, that and Christmas; all the hype and pointless weeks and weeks of adverts and expectation building up for just one day. In the UK, the only event that proceeds Christmas is Halloween. Once November 1st begins then so do the Christmas adverts, that's 55 days, nearly 8 weeks, of constant adverts.
Yes i get that. Where i live we have a car park in front of my block and beside it a chip shop and Chinese take away. People park up, get their take away, eat it in there vehicles then throw the wrappers out of their windows and drive off! In the car park we also have a big bin area!

Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day. Any of those 'big' holidays where shopping seems to be more important than the idea behind the holiday.
Me and the missus never celebrate valentines day. We don't need one day a year to buy flowers etc the show we love each other. This should be done regularly all year. This is just a gimmick to sell crap! The only thing we do celebrate is if it involves the grand kids like easter

Broccoli gets a bad rap, but I eat it almost every day because its cheap and low in carbs. I find myself craving broccoli if I haven't had in a while. Steamed with sriracha sauce (Huy Fong brand) is one of my favorite ways to eat it.

Why is everyone hating on tiktok? I mean some of the dances are cringe, but dancing is not the only thing that you do on there! There are some REALLY funny things on there and it's customized to show only what you like! The main page is a "For You" Page. I just don't get hating on tik tok.
Country Music. I often thought it was because I grew up in a small southern town and it was the soundtrack of the people that bullied me growing up, but I am in my 40's and I just think it sounds awful there is a twang to all of it, a whine to most of it, and the writing is usually simplistic and often celebrating ignorance.

Overly expensive brand names clothes. My nephew (17) is obessed with expensive labels, he wears a hoodies that costs +£500. Honestly whats the point, your a walking advert for muggers, and if your an ugly git, your still an ugly git just one that wastes money on s**t.
Organized sports. Pointless, ugly, loud, overly-commercial, and violent. Organized sports seems to bring the worst out in people - participants as well as spectators.
I dislike "professional sports" for the same reason, and that includes most motorsports too. I have found a few gems though: Badminton, athletic, fast-paced and exciting without sponsor breaks every minute; and Goodwood Revival, because if you're going to race cars, why not race ones that are 100 years old? 100x more exciting than F1.
Fortnite (despite being a gamer)
I know that it's not popular amongst the general, non-gaming population, but amongst gamers most like it
Mullets (hairstyle not the fish). I think they look trashy, but that could be because it is a popular hairstyle for derro's. Same with rats tails. And before anyone gets their knickers in a twist I'm not saying everyone with a mullet or rats tail is a derro.
Trends? I don't like trends... they're annoying how everyone does the same things and such. Once something starts, all you see is that one trend. And then it'll die down like nothing happened.
Parents dressing their twin children exactly the same as each other and trying to get them to have the same personality and interests as each other. It was like my sister and I weren't seen as individuals.

Crocs. Plus there not that comfortable, and there kind ugly. Even those of you who love crocs have to admit that there kinda ugly....
kpop. I hate the music and the negative body standards, and the lyrics are dumb af.
I think that hate is too strong a word for it, but people posting dozens of photos of their young or even teenage children, especially when it's just to get likes or attention for themselves. It's scary. You truly have no idea what kinds of people are looking at the images and let's face it, the world is a wee bit F'd up.
I totally agree with you. When my kids were younger we were approached by this woman asking if she could use our kids for adverts. We said no. I really hate those parents that dress their kids up like adults for beauty shows. Thats fkd up!
I really hate posts that encourage intolerance for others because they are different or have different interests than you.
honestly too much of that going on here on bp. lots of folks tolerant of similar viewpoints, but not those opposite or really opposite of their own. i get it that you may not agree or may even think that the other person is a total loony, but no need for animosity.

Keeping true opinions to yourself. I get that sometimes it is best to keep your personal opinion out of a conversation with some people but I if you are my close friend or family member, I want to hear your opinions even if I disagree with them! How can I ever learn that my p.o.v. is wrong about something if the people in my life wont give me opposing information? A conversation or even a debate can be done with mutual respect.
It seems like more and more often that I hear someone say something along the lines of "I disagreed with that but I didn't want to offend them so I didn't say anything".

THIS. If they reject you, they're not the one, you will find the one, and it'll be someone else. When I have a crush, I tell them just to get rejected so I can get over it. It's not the end of the world.
TV news - any channel. It's always hyped an crazy in a push for ratings, and demonizes people who disagree with the channel's intended audience.
If you're in the US, I recommend PBS NewsHour, they tend to take a more 'calm' approach to things and leave fearmongering and sensationalism largely at the door.

F*****g TikTok. It’s so toxic, and it’s all people talk about. Kids at my school are doing TikTok dances during class, and during cheerleading practice all the time and it really ticks me off. PLEASE BAN TIKTOK. I don’t mean to offend anyone who likes it, but it’s just really toxic and half the videos are stupid.

Alcohol. i try few years ago (beer, wine, etc...) never liked it. i always feel like people look me like a weirdo when i say i don't drink alcohol.
Never liked the taste of beer, or related beverages. Only like the sweeter wines, the rest taste like vinegar to me. As for liquor, there are some I like and others I detest (gin tastes like rubbing alcohol to me). There are a lot I can’t drink, because they contain wheat (developed a sensitivity to it late in life, and get really REALLY sick if I ingest any). A majority of them I can only enjoy as part of a mixed drink, and then only as the tiniest part of it. Mostly though, I just don’t like being drunk. I don’t like losing control of myself, and have a fear of being drunk, getting into an uncomfortable situation, and not being in a clear enough mind to get myself out of it (because most people are useless AF when you really need help—-more so if they’re drunk). A comfortable buzz is all I need. I relax, feel better, know where I am and what I’m doing, and avoid a miserably sick hangover the next day.

Horror movies/books. I cannot watch/read horror without nightmares for like a month. I was scarred by a terrifying ghost story in the first grade. I can deal with spooky-ish things, but not full on horror.

Yeah, I'm trying to focus on driving, not whatever some guy with a super generic name is talking about on a radio station. It's good to just have a bit of music in the background, something you don't have to actually devote a lot of attention to, but still nice to have playing.

Discarding cigarette filters in the street. If the filter is too heavy for you to carry, it is time to quit smoking. If your car can't carry the filter, then I recommend using your tobacco money on car repairs. If you are too (insert insult here) to use an ashtray or other proper disposal method, then it is time for you to quit smoking.
I agree and I smoke. But once I came across a bird nest on the ground. Used and abandoned. The birds who made the nest had stuck cigarette filters among the twigs. Now, did the female bird have her own comfort in mind, cushioning for her eggs or the babies after they hatched? I have always wondered about that.

Stop theorizing and obsessing over it and overanalyzing their love lives, who decided it was okay to constantly stick your nose into other peoples business? Like yeah, they are celebs, but that doesn't mean they don't like privacy!
I have a life of my own to pay attention to. I don’t need to live through someone else.
