I go to my room and listen to music and sing slow songs. it helps me calm down. I read a little, and when I'm ready, I try again at what I was mad at.

SMASH No, in reality, I go for a walk if I'm really perturbed.

My three plans for coping: 1. Try to stay calm 2. Breathe 3. Imagine the outcome

Lift weights Play my drums Play my bass guitar. All 3 things keep me from choking da peeples! (Works great for anxiety too...)
