Planting get some plants and win they sprout or bloom idk if. It’s just me but it makes me happy no matter what and one day maybe you will get over them and bloom yourself just know sometimes things get worse before they get better just let you self be you and don’t let someone bring you down no matter what I never do that’s why bully’s hate me

Travel. Visit somewhere comforting, like back home or a vacation spot you always wanted to go, and relax. Take the time to cry, eat when you want, sleep when you want, visit places when you feel up for it. Show yourself that life is still there for you.

Exercise. Take time to get healthy. Focus on yourself. Do things you enjoy, whether it’s read a book, hike, watch movies, call friends you’ve been out of touch with, anything that brings back joy.
