Lots of creepy things can happen, and basically all the time no one believes people, even if they swear it happened (which happens to me every time I tell someone besides my friend, who is also a 10/10 believer and has stories of her own). Feel free to share your creepy experiences!

When it comes to me, anyone can believe anything they like. In my mind, I believe in the paranormal and ghosts. Here is a creepy experience!
When I was really young, I went to visit my mom's sister and her husband. I don't remember how, but we got into a discussion of creepy things (my guess is after seeing a trailer to a horror movie, because we were watching TV at the time). My uncle told me when he was younger, his family didn't have much money and lived in a small house. As soon as they moved in, they "felt something was eerily wrong." Then they discovered they had a basement, which the seller of the house didn't mention. My uncle's mother went to check it out, and then she ran back upstairs, looking terrified. My uncle said they had found a ball and chain- those things used on prisoners. No one wanted to touch it or go near it, so they completely blocked off the basement, since it felt so horrible whenever they went near it (I probably would have done that, too, to be honest). He then said every night the entire family would sit in their beds and hear the chains dragging downstairs. Since I was young, it creeped me out a lot, but this next part I remember completely; That exact day, when I came home, I was sitting in my bedroom and heard three huge footsteps that sounded like someone wearing large boots. I went out to the living room to see what it was, but nobody was there. Then I remember seeing every cabinet in the kitchen open. It freaked me out, and I ran back to my room. I had no idea what happened after, but I remember this clearly.
