well my thing i would do is i used to pet my cat or i would just drop everything and go get some fresh air and a walk around the neghborhood i also try to take five to ten minutes when i get home from school/work to just be on my own and relax hope this helps you hugs

    I clean and organize the s#%€ out of something. I’m normally not a neat freak but the exercise of ordering something when I’m feeling chaotic gives me a sense of purpose and is a good outlet to channel funky energy.

    Put an orange in the freezer and freeze it, then squeeze it. It really helps for me.

    Yoga is good as stress relief for your body and mind, music, listening to or reading a book, a pet or communication with an understanding person, a hobby. Nothing will relieve stress 100%, but these could help.
