I make pizza! My family loves it. Here is the recipe

This recipe makes 2 large pizzas

6 cups all-purpose flour (It seems to much but is necessary)
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Italion seasoning
2 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup oil
salt
Pizza sauce

Steps:

1. Combine flour, salt, yeast, oil, and herbs.
2. Add the water in and mix the dough. Sometimes the flour requires more water based on how absorbent it is.
3. The dough should be firm but soft. If it is to soft the pizza will get hard very easily.
4. Proof for 2 hrs. After one hour you can optionally punch the dough down

Cooking:
1 pre-heat the oven to 400 F / 204 C
2. Split the dough into 2, or more to the size of your choice.
3. Place the spread dough in a tray and into the oven. This will help the pizza be fluffy. Before if we put the toppings on there it reduces the fluff due to the wieght of the toppings
4. Take out of the oven. Carefully it will be very hot
5. Add sacue, chesse, and toppings of your choice.
* I like to add crush red peppers, onions, and bell peppers.
6. Cook until the chesse is browned lightly, and or the dough is cooked throughly

Enjoy!

Very nice. Your dough would benefit from a slow rise in the fridge overnight. And remember, pizza dough freezes well!

I think this may sound strange to some people, but this is very good. Here goes: Cottage Cheese Pancakes. Mix together, with a blender or food processor, 1/2 cup oatmeal (old fashioned oats, uncooked), 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Cook this batter like normal pancakes on an oiled griddle. Make them as small or large as you want. If the batter is too thick for your liking, add a bit of milk to it. Serve with butter and syrup, or jam, fruit, honey...however you like pancakes. These are gluten free and high protein. And yummy!
