My pearl earrings. I had always wanted a real pearl necklace and I saved for one from my first "real" job. It felt really good that day going to the jeweler and buying it for myself. My boyfriend at the time gifted me a matching bracelet soon thereafter which was very thoughtful but he couldn't help but notice it was a bit big. One day it disappeared but showed back up, smaller and with a small box next to it. It contained drop earrings with two pearls each that we're removed from the bracelet. I still love my necklace and bracelet but I'm very sentimental about my earrings and I wear them everyday. I have every intention of being buried in them.
