English, not American. Every time I've been overseas, the staff assumes Americans eat this too and add pork & beans and to our breakfast. We never eat them for breakfast, unless that's the only thing in the cupboard.

My favorites are largely yesterday's dinner or lunch. Next day pizza, spaghetti, Chinese food and such are just better the next day. I wouldn't recommend it with French Fries or most fast food, but the ones it works for, it really works.
