Exercise, and nothing but watery vegetables. It worked for me, back when I was thin. I gave up, because I was MISERABLE, but beauty is pain.

Eat healthy and treat yourself every once in a while exercise and have fun . You could go out with friends and run or go out with a partner. It might be hard to stop junk food all at once so slowly reduce it until you only get fast food every two months. Have someone help you and stop you from trying to eat unhealthy food. Try to go out more and maybe invest in a bike and go out whenever you have some spare time.
