I work at a farm milking cows and when I work it’s me and one other person. I used to love working with him but lately he has been really cranky (he is 20). When something small happens, like a cow won’t listen, he gets ragging mad. It’s kind of a weird situation because he is the owners son. I have worked there for a year now and I have been super nice to him. I just don’t know what to do.

Has he been cranky in general or just to you? I would carefully ask him privately if he's okay or if something happened that caused a change in his behavior. If he blows you off, give him some space, let him know you're there if he wants to talk, and you go about your work.
From what I have seen he is cranky around me. Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate it.

Lol I wish but I have a hard time doing that. I have feelings for him and I was thinking about asking his mom what’s up.
