I think being normal is overrated and being weird is better
Being weird is just one being there true self and not trying to be what you think society wants you to be. Being weird is the best and in my opinion the only way to be!

Everyone needs to be a little weird. That’s how new things are discovered and one way you know you’ve found your people. If everyone was “normal,” where would the fun be?
Depends on what context you use the word in. I generally think it means good/cool/unique/quirky, but sometimes people use it in a "wow, that person is so creepy and there's definitely something off about them" kind of way, then it's bad. It's usually good though, if I say you're weird I mean it as a compliment. To quote some random movie I watched like a year ago, "normal is for normal people"
Depends on how you define weird.
Everyone has their quirks. That's what makes us unique and surprising to other people.
In that context, weird is definitely good.
