Alright Panda's, we all know the "other" drivers are the worst one's on the road. So what is the most bizarre, stupid, mind-boggling, stupefying thing you have seen someone doing while rolling down the street?

Driving home from drive in movies one night. 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE (all in fords btw) being a**holes. One truck was brake-checking us, and the other 2 just had no common sense I guess

    I noticed a lady driving down the road while applying eyeliner the other day. I don't understand why someone would even think of doing this. If you hit a bump or have to stop real quick you're going to screw it up and you'll have to end up redoing it anyway. If you hit another car or something you're potentially losing an eye and you're also asking for a ticket from any cop.
