Depends on the condition, but I have found water aerobics very helpful. Also having something you can do to distract you helps, like colouring, which is also a form of mindfulness. Magnesium has also helped with my muscle/restless leg pain. I take one tablet a day and when I need more relief I use a soluble one that works faster.

i love my family and friends and i’m so blessed with the life i have but i’m not happy. i’m trying to be this perfect oldest daughter who helps around the house and who doesn’t cry but i just can’t do it anymore.

my mom and dad work so hard so I can have a good life and i feel like an ungrateful brat for saying i’m not happy bc they have sacrificed so much for me but i don’t know what to do anymore

I’m asexual!!!! It took me 12 or so years to figure that out. The idea of intercourse between two people disgusts me so much, why would someone do that?

I am sick with a sore throat, runny nose, a lot of cough, headache etc right in the middle of my term exams. I might fail in my History & Civics exam because of that and I feel that my teacher might be disappointed
