Hey LGBTQ+ Pandas! Happy Pride Month 2022. How did you come out of your closet?

Canadian here. It took me a long time to work up the courage to come out. The gist of the conversation was ā€˜my friends are gay and so am I’. Parents were super supportive and basically just acted like it was completely normal, which was awesome.

I told my already supportive mom, but it took about an hour to finally actually say the words. ā€œI’m not stupid, me and your dad already knew thatā€ O h šŸ˜€

Lmao most everyone knew even before. They knew me personally. Someone said I was their little fruit cup lol. I didn't know what it meant back then

Already posted but the first time I realized I was gay was during band class with a sub (which means, we didn't do anything).I was hiding in a closet to try and scare people and at the end of class when I came out, I said to myself "oh, I'm gay ĀÆ_(惄)_/ĀÆ" so um I came out of the closet to myself when ACTUALLY COMING OUT OF A CLOSET. I'm such a dork

Was watching a show that had a transgender couple and she started asking questions and I used myself for some examples. Then I went out and bought a shirt from the pride section of Target the next day with her. Still haven't come out to the rest of the family mostly though, probably won't for a while though.

Told my mom "I think I'm bi." She told me she loved me no matter what
