Proud rolls their eyes as their dad impatiently tells them that they have caused enough trouble. "It's practically my job to cause trouble." Proud muttered under their breath, causing their dad to debate whether or not he should glare at his kid. Proud is gone and they have gone into the school, carrying their laptop and headphones and food. They sit somewhere where they can eat and roleplay in peace.

I find 1st person awkward to use, so I used gender-neutral pronouns in third person.
