I’m working on this series of videos about the story of specific pieces of clothing we are wearing on daily basis, but were instrumental in simplifying female activities and the emancipation process alike.
The present is about the zipper: not only it made putting on dresses, trousers and skirts much easier, it also developed from a technical detail to a decoration in its own right.
