Share on FacebookBlanking out bits of ancient art? Woof, woof! As in: barking mad. (I got 22/24. Most of it I did on guesswork but one of my two fails - Apollo being the same in Roman and Greek mythology - was a bit embarrassing). But aside from that: an entertaining diversion. Thank you, BP.
Load More Replies...Well, I may not know much, but I do know they never wore black bits over what you morons at BP seem to find so offensive. It offends me that you would descrate some fine art with your puritanical, priggtsh stance. Get over yourselves.
22/24! not bad! although— bp, i would just like to point out that the titans were titans...not gods (question twelve) different species entirely.
BP: you really don't need to put black rectangles over bits of ancient art that have been on public display for centuries. Please, stop it?
Come on... Censorship on classical art, really ? Please stop this nonsense, that is getting preposterous and ridiculous.
I do not understand this site - censor a freaking statue but have a whole article about risqué photos of "celebrities" where we are encouraged to look at and comment on their genetalia? Sort yourself out BP.
What is the point of putting small black squares? We know what you are doing and the fact that you are doing it makes us think even more of what is behind those squares
9/24 lmao and I was bloody good at Greek mythology in school ok so I’m almost 60 n I left when I was 15 😂😂but thought I’d do a tad better than 9 😂
Yeh I got 16 and no excuses, I read another of Greek mythology, I am ashamed
Load More Replies...Hey, progressive and open-minded BP censors, do you know who else censored classical art? Vatican. Yupp, let that sink in...
22/24 - I knew all those holidays visiting ancient Greek ruins would pay off eventually! The mosaic showing Dionysus is located in Paphos, Cyprus. It is part of a much larger mosaic and the hand on the right belongs to Ikarios. The photo I took is uncensored. You really aren't missing much! LOL
After seeing the censorship on classical art I refuse to continue answering! WTF?!?!
The pic illustrating Orpheus was taken from Kaos 😊 And BP's censorship has gone mad.
24/25. To be honest, my only mistake was when I got distracted by the censorship. Seems from another age, and that age is not Antiquity !
16/22. No education in this field whatsoever, in that light i think I did well.
23/24 of course I miss the one yes/no question on the whole thing :-( 50/50 are my absolute worst odds
