No truer words have been spoken. (This one's been my favorite for years)
When you played the Sims for 3 hours and 2 generations and it freezes 😭
I can work under pressure, just not very well and not for long...
“Oh! I’ll put a pink filter over this, and then put in a nice font, and an outline…” vs “THE TRANSPARENT PNG LIED TO ME”
pov if my co workers were there, : "I hope you're pleased with yourselves. We could all have been killed — or worse, expelled. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to bed" said dave the accountant. if yall know what this saying is from comment.
Well, he was the original graphic designer. And he used Word, just not MS Word.
My friend does commissions and this has happened to her many times. It seems frustrating.
I've just collided with one of those police cars and written off my car
This is anyone who uses word. I can tell instantly. Bad aspect ratio, pdf was made in word. every damn time.
To be honest, that designer probably photoshopped that JLO photo, that's why they're so tired!
Where are all the empty mr pizza man and chicken delight boxes?
The last time I used canva was less than ten minutes to make a card for my mother's birthday. To my shame, I almost forgot to make a card. My mother was happy and praised how talented I am and I was like uh, umm, yes...😶
"make the logo bigger" .... "sorry but if I make it bigger it will flow over the sides" ... "just do it, Im paying you", .... "OK".... "Wait why is it all stretched and flat??" .... "You said make it bigger"... "not like that!!!" .... "OK".... "Wait why is it all tall and skinny??" .... "You said make it bigger" ... "not like that".... "OK how then..." .... "JUST MAKE IT BIGGER"....

Hey tbf my MacBook is the only computer I have that can run 3 Adobe programs at once. I hate that stupid thing but I’ll give it that 😅
My favorite is creating a brilliant, time comsuming (probably gonna win an award) graphic . Then tossing in two 5 minute afterthoughts so they think they have options. And they pick one of the afterthoughts.
People who think that the job that takes 15 seconds to explain, also takes that amount of time to do.
Lol, I’m a cake designer and I feel this way often too with clients. I love it when they say they want something “super easy” and it’s a multi tiered wedding cake covered in gumpaste/sugar flowers and intricate details, 10 different flavors and fillings that will take hours and expect it for basically free. They see cake shows on tv where people put cakes together in 30 min and think it’s real life- it’s so easy! Majority of people just don’t have a clue.
