Photoshop Troll Who Takes Photo Requests Too Literally Strikes Again, And The Result Is Hilarious (21 New Pics)
“Do not submit any personal photos that you do not want to be made public,” is the disclaimer on the Twitter profile of James Fridman, and a quick scroll through some of his handiwork illustrates why.
James is a photo editing master, a professional of his trade who can alter your picture to just about anything he pleases. The British designer has become a celebrated Internet troll with his maverick ways and creative ideas, taking people's requests and altering them with a hilariously unexpected twist to find his own niche, photoshop comedy. His Photoshopped images are often delivered with a deadpan response, a simple 'sure' or 'done,' but sometimes he comes out with important messages about social issues such as media and photo manipulation, unrealistic beauty standards and body confidence too.
With a legion of fans (almost 1.5 million followers on Twitter) sending him their images for James to play with daily, it seems like he's going to be busy for some time to come. Scroll down below to check out some of his hilarious photos for yourself, and let us know what you think in the comments!

Yeah but she just wanted to see what it would look like without them. She did inflict these on herself, and that doesn’t make her weak or bad or stupid, but it isn’t the same as having a surgery scar or battle wound. She just wanted one photo without them, she can look at them daily and remember how far she’s come. I think it’s wrong to lecture her this way without answering her simple request.

You actually need the Spot Healing Brush Tool. Which is kind of ironic. Though personally I've never had a problem with scars, one has to wonder what happened to a 13 year child to do this?

Junior high/middle school is a difficult time for many. Lots of bullying and unnecessary drama. At 13, I already had social anxiety disorder and was talking to a therapist, so it's not unlikely she would have cut herself

I understand his comment to her is meant to be reaffirming and empowering- but it does not address what she "needed". She needed an image of her unscarred self to uphold and restablish her in her own mind.

She looks at them every day. She doesn't need someone else telling her what she should feel by looking at them. She knows she's overcome a horrible past and is stronger for it. She just wants to look at herself without always needing a reminder that she disfigured herself! Grant her that wish instead of making it yet one more - you're strong girl. She gets that already. No doubt she's tired of the stupid looks from strangers or explaining herself all the time. She wants to just look at herself once from the outside what she feels on the inside now, without always thinking about the past! Which is a Normal thought to have. And this guy had to make it about himself. So rude

Annie: you are beautiful as you are. I don't see the scars, I see YOU. I know it can be hard to look past something that is so painful to you emotionally and so visible, but know that your scars are not what I see in this photo. I see a beautiful young woman enjoying a sunny day at the beach. My son was in a bad accident when he was 13 and had 7 surgeries on his leg. He has two HUGE scars...the run from knee to ankle on both sides of his leg that are about 2 1/2" wide in the middle. The color has faded to match the rest of his skin, but there is no hair on them (he had skin grafts) so they are shiny. But now, none of us even notice them. They are just part of his appearance and we see HIM, no them. I will say though, I once saw a great t-shirt on someone (that I would have bought him if I could find it) that said Scars are like tattoos, but with a better story. Your story: you survived and made it!

Cutters don't really look at their scars with pride. Ya know? It's a reminder of a dark past. Not the getting through it part. You never escape your memories

Never be ashamed of a scar; it means you were stronger than whatever tried to hurt you (even if that was yourself)!

The weirdest scar I have is from when a staple got stuck in the web of my thumb, it wasn't a serious cut but it was deep enough that it left a permanent scar.

This IS a beautiful person,& probably is doing much free ‘service works’ in assisting others,& as i know it doesn’t come with a pay check or a lot of thx tho thats not the reason why certain sorts do what they do...& when good @ something else”, then one can then make some cash doing a positive light form of comedy... good soul is what i’ve see Only so far:)

What a well-worded reply. As a person with a few visible marks from abuse (nothing like this woman's arms), I can appreciate the desire to have the memories left to fade by not having a visible reminder. Though, James tried to make a point of it being about survival, rather than about mistakes. That's kind.
