Elon Musk Destroys The ‘Flat Earth Society’ With A Single Question, And Their Reply Is The Pinnacle Of Irony

Elon Musk is known for founding automaker Tesla and Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), but recently he has set up the Flat Earth Society for such a burn, it could be his greatest achievement yet.
The flat earth believers are either the biggest conspiracy theory, making total fun of everyone else or they are slightly cuckoo in seriously debating the shape of the earth. The Flat-Earthers supposedly believe Earth is a flat disc and everything that suggests otherwise is a conspiracy, created by NASA and other government agencies. On Tuesday, the billionaire investor, engineer, and inventor Elon Musk asked them a somewhat philosophical question on Twitter, wondering why there isn’t a Flat Mars Society. To his and everybody else’s surprise (and amusement), the official Twitter account of the Flat Earth Society responded. Barbara Lewis you should send that to The Flat Earth Society and Elin. This does prove the claim is false. Wouldn't space be filled of animals that fell off in the dark or fog. Maybe instead of the death penalty or life in prison we could just let them jump off the edge. How does all the water stay put. I mean I believe in a lot of shady things, ghosts and UFOs, but never in Flat Earth.

Actually if you read about Mike, this isn't the first rocket he's made, and he's only recently started "believing" on flat earth. He set up a gofundme campaign to fund his latest rocket and only got $310 out of his $150,000 target. Then he heard about the flat earth society, "converted" to their cause and they funded him. Seems like he's mainly just using them for the money, and it's doubtful he truly believes them.

I've tangled with some flattards online, and I think if they were taking the p**s, they wouldn't have used such vitriol. Plus the sheer number of flat earth videoss on You Tube; whole channels are devoted to it. Some people really are that insane.
They are. There actually are loonies who truly believe the earth is flat, but the Flat Earth Society are a bunch of trolls and jokers. It's pure satire.
I thought so too, so did my bf, he joined a fb group of flats earthers and added me, they are actually into it, honestly and dogmatically into it and get enraged and abusive towards any ppl who disagrees or try to talk about it, I thought they were still kidding but once I read how predatory they went attacking other users I better left that surreal group, it was funny but rather dissapointing on human kind and stopped being funny once I saw how abusive they were, and believe me I've already got a low bar for most humans, those are study cases to whomever might be working on a thesis or essay on that, they should be examined, they are like a cult, many of them are extreme christians too, so those fixations very likely come from that. Maybe the people who started it did it as a joke but then actual insane ludicrous slow sheeps joined.
