The Taxi Talk was formed in 2014 as the band’s founder, Pablo Solana, was re-recording and reevaluating some of his past songs with Argentinian drummer Mariano Quintana. One thing led to another and they ended up with a bunch of songs that made for a demo CD and a first live incarnation of a proper band, which started touring in both selected and stinky places with the only intention of getting those augmented harmonies and guitar licks right.
