From 11 to 13 June in St. Petersburg will host a festival of flowers, dedicated to the year of the theater in Russia. It will choose the best flowered balcony and airbrushing by car. The floristic show will unfold in three city venues, where famous European florists will perform.
On June 12 at 2:00 pm on Nevsky Prospect there will be a Flower Parade, accompanied by a military band, street theater performers, retro cars and horse-drawn carriages.
At 16 o’clock the Defile of Orchestras will take place at the Palace Square, and the day will end with a big gala-concert “The Ball of Flowers”.
Also, on June 12 and 13, those who wish can attend the open-air exhibition of floral art objects. This year, the platforms will “come to life” with the help of a specially created application of augmented reality technology (AR).
