Let's face it, men with beards just look a hell of a lot better. In fact, it's been scientifically proven by the Official Journal of the Human Behavior and Evolution Society that guys with beards are more attractive to women. Tsk, why bother with the science, if we already knew the truth about our attraction to a full beard, right ladies? See for yourselves below as Bored Panda has put together a list of hot guys with beards.
Plus, if any of you gentlemen are thinking about implementing your beard styles, there's no better time than Movember and No-Shave November - two great causes that ask to help raise money and awareness by not shaving in November. Movember encourages to grow a mustache through the month and help raise funds for men's health. As for No-Shave November, it's devoted to growing cancer awareness and raising funds by not shaving throughout the month and donating the money you would have spent on shaving and grooming to cancer prevention.
But enough with talking - scroll to our list of finest specimens of celebrities with beards below!

His expression is always what I like to call 'hopefully pessimistic.' I imagine he's thinking. "I like lasagna, but I ordered the linguini."

Jared's hot regardless. Seriously. The man could wear a flower print poncho, striped leggings, and a top hat and still by smokin'
Between many of these pictures, quite some time has passed. Moreover, not all are comparable with regard to style, shooting quality, and atmosphere. And then: beards underly fashion standards like many other things. Many like them NOW because they are fashionable NOW. Do you also like hairy breasts like they were a sign of manlieness in the 80s? Probably now...but probably we would say yes in 5, 10, or 15 years. In additional, the pictures would be more creditable if they would not show celebrities, for who public opinion is biased already. Thus, the photos prove nothing, they are just an interesting collection of "with - without" photos.
I have to agree. The photos aren't exactly that fair but still in many cases I found the first photo, esp with stubble (and not beards) way more attractive.
I think so many of the men look better when they are older, regardless pf whether or noy yhey have a beard.
I agree with everything you said
I don't understand what I call beard Nazis. People who reflexively hate beards. Maybe you/they are envious because of inability to grow a robust one? Same with hairy chests. A man with a hairy chest should be proud to show it. Say what you will, a hairy chest IS a symbol of manliness, of virility. F**k fashion trends. They're not a measure of a man. They're a measure of how other people judge a man based on arbitrary criteria. Sorry if you can't grow one. I can, I do, and I'm proud of it. And my beard, too. And well over 50% of people I know seem to agree. Maybe it's not the beard or the chest but, rather, the total package. You may find it hard to believe but i don't have a big ego about my appearance, I just know what works for me. I'm proud to be a man, hair and all. Especially with hair on face and chest. I'm not egotistical about it and I don't lord it over others. I just refuse to allow others to try to demean me based on what's "fashionable" at the moment. Good taste is eternal.
Am I the only one who is not attracted to beards? I mean, they're cool for someone and it's easier to notice someone with beard than someone without it, but I personally don't have fetish for that. No offense, boys with beards (:
You are not alone. I prefer my men clean or with stubble but not full beard
I'm with you. My husband once grew one just to annoy me. Don't like facial hair at all.
I love beards. I love body hair on men also. Nice hairy chest. Don't shave the private areas... LOVE it. Women should be smooth. Not men.
Interestestingly, studies have revealed that women on the pill are significantly attracted to adolescent/beta-seeming men. Women not on the pill are attracted to men who look and act like men. Alpha types.
Agree with you. I strongly dislike beards and facial hair, except on Santa Claus.
Nope we neither. don't like facial hair really.
Yeah beards don't do it for me either. however I did date a guy once with a beard and he was very attractive looks wise with his (he did look like Chris Hemsworth tho ). only problem it gave me a rash on my cheeks. One more reason I'm not found of them. but I were always curious to what he would had looked clean shaved and I never got the chance to see apart from old pictures of him. :,( but yeah I prefer to past on beards if possible.
I am in the same boat. #teamnobeards
I feel like men's beards are the equivalent of women's makeup, they hide a lot of your flaws and features. You could have bad acne scaring, and hide it with a beard just as easily and a woman could hide it with make up.
It's more like an option to change the overall shape of your face, long beard for a wide/round face, short wide beard for a long face. There is plenty of exposed skin left to see if it's good or bad. For me it's just about not being bald on the top and bottom and on top I'm genetically screwed :)
Don't worry about the top of your head, you're a handsome man, this beard suits you well.
I think men stress about this WAY too much. Most of the girls I know (myself included) don't worry 2 seconds about balding, shaven or close shaven heads. It's actually kind of hot :) It's just that long wrap around hair that men should avoid.
All guys look better with facial hair... and studies have proven that females find facial hair on men to be most attractive... and clean shaven to be least attractive... because facial hair shows high testosterone levels and sexual maturity..
That's ridiculous. It's shaving that is the "makeup" for most men. In the sense that it is not your natural state.
Except beards are natural and it's unnatural to shave them and makeup is also fake.
