I worked with the talented voice actor Adrian Vaughan, who you may have heard in the famous video-game “Crawl” by the Australian studio Powerhoof.
The video has been shot over two weeks in Scotland, in various locations but mostly the west coast (Skye, Mull, but also the Highlands). As these landscapes are surely truly magnificent, I also tried to reveal the eerie, unsettling side of them.
The feeling that I tried to convey is quite ambitious I believe, it is about the need of leaving a trace that most of us have, but from the perspective of some eternal god. I believe Adrian Vaughan perfectly captured that.
The sound design has been done by Jérémy Louis, a French musician who also worked in the band Bunai Carus.
