Funny :) I couldn't do anything because my baby wanted me to hold him all the time. I was looking for some smart advice, and I saw a recommendation somewhere on the internet of Susan Urban's guide 'how to teach a baby to fall asleep alone' that I've found here: www.parental-love.com/shop/baby-sleep-training Best baby sleep training book - short with clear instructions but what is the most important it worked, and it worked very quickly because after only three days!

This guide is fantastic! It works! When you are a parent you simply have no time to read books especially when you must rock or nurse your baby until she/he gets drowsy. This ebook is short - instruction on what to do so it makes it so easy. Thank you for sharing the link
