Dog Owner Shocked After Finding Hot Dogs Stuffed With Razor Blades In Her Yard
Emma Medeiros was walking her dogs when she spotted something unusual in her backyard – it was three shiny pieces of hot dog just seemingly lying there for her doggies. When she got closer, the lady couldn’t believe her eyes – the sausage was pierced with razor blade fragments.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been so shocked in my life…,” Madeiros told Buzzfeed Canada. “I mean, you see it in movies, you see it in big cities, you don’t think it’s going to happen to you in Regina, that’s for sure,” the woman’s boyfriend Kaleb Smith commented.
“It could have been someone’s child playing out front and not knowing any better and sticking that in their mouth,” Madeiros said. “It’s terrible to think of.”
The couple had filed a statement with police. The couple also uploaded a video of the hot dog with the following caption: “Anyone around me, PLEASE CHECK YOUR YARDS!!!!”
The person who did this is yet to be found. As per local animals protection act, those found guilty of animal cruelty can face fines up to $25,000 and/or jail time up to two years.

Share on FacebookEye for an eye m**********r. Feed the guy who did this those razor bladed hot dogs. (i am guessing ill get downvoted for this, but any time i see a story like this with blatant cruelty (esp towards kids or animals) this is pretty much my reaction)
I'd like better to not getting anyone hurt. Replace the blades with doggo's poops instead perhaps?
Load More Replies...what is wrong with some people... why do that to an animal, it is so cruel
When someone is trying to get back at the owner, it tends to be taken out on the owner's pets. That's my best guess.
Load More Replies...Who ever did this is insane, dangerous and cruel! I hope they get caught and punished.
We have had someone throw food filled with broken glass into our yard. That is when our dog died. We sadly never found this person. Hearing this story has brought back some bad memories. I hate anyone who abuses, tortures or kills animals like this. People like this deserve to suffer the most brutal and painful death possible.
there is some disturbed people!i think maybe it is because of the breed of one of their dogs.I was walking with my american staff and some crazy man sprayed him in the face, just like that.Crazy people!
Greatgramps trained dogs to not eat ANYTHING off the ground by lacing assorted foods with hot sauce. Dogs only ate from dish
Hot sauce!! That's what I'll do!! I've tried it with a lot of black pepper on our doggo... and he just happily chewed on it!! :D

****caught the hot dogs in time, not hit****
Load More Replies...Bad stuff. One wonders if the culprit was trying to target a specific dog or just trying to hurt dogs in general. What slays me when I see this kind of thing is how hard the psychiatrists work to make such people sound as benign as possible. This might be a guy gratuitously trying to hurt animals just for yucks, and they'd give him a "behavior disorder" label. People would hear his diagnosis and think "Well he can't be too bad a kid if that's all they diagnosed him with."
You're close. It's more likely a case of trying to hurt the owner. It's not uncommon for people to do that via the pets.
